About WCF

Washington Community Fellowship (WCF) is a Christ-centered, multi-denominational congregation affiliated with Mennonite Church USA.

We are located 10 blocks from Union Station on Capitol Hill, in Washington DC.

  • What we Believe

We at Washington Community Fellowship seek to equip each other in embracing, living, and proclaiming God's saving love, healing, and hope.

  • Our story

The WCF story begins in the fall of 1980 when Myron and Esther Augsburger attended a missions conference in Goshen, Indiana that included conversations about a possible church plant in Washington, DC.

  • OUr Team

WCF is led by a pastoral/staff team, elders, and deacons.

  • Our Building

As a body of believers in Washington DC, the concept of shared place is what WCF has been built upon since 1981. As part of the larger family of faith in the region, WCF intentionally shares place with entities that share our values and mission to serve our community through and in Christ.
