Welcome to WCF!

Washington Community Fellowship (WCF) is a Christ-centered, multi-denominational church committed to embodying personal transformation, authentic community, vibrant worship and social impact in Washington, DC and beyond.  We are affiliated with Mennonite Church USA.

Our worship service is on Sunday mornings at 10:00am.

Our Second Hour is held on the first and second Sundays of the month at 11:30am.

Whether you are a guest or attend regularly, may you find the rich presence of God, the warmth of genuine fellowship and the abiding truth of the Word.

Thank you for keeping WCF latex- and fragrance-free.

If you are interested in getting to know us better or in becoming more involved at WCF, here are a few suggestions of things you can do now on our website:

  • WCF Work Day!

Join other WCFers on Saturday, February 2 anytime between 9:00am-1:00pm to help spruce up our building and grounds. We'll have projects for all ages and abilities and pizza lunch will be provided! Sign up here.

  • Got hunger...

... to share the love of God with the vulnerable? WCF has a long-standing tradition of feeding our vulnerable neighbors by making sandwich lunches during our 10kPB&J time. On February 3, we will take a group of 25 folks (ages 12 and over) to the Central Union Mission, a partner ministry in the city that practically serves our homeless and hurting neighbors. More info here.

  • Race Literacy 101 Classes

Racial reconciliation is a core value of WCF, and these classes sponsored by Little Lights are highly recommended by Pastor Andrew and other WCFers who have attended them. The 11 sessions take place at 7:00pm on Wednesday evenings at the Little Lights Center (760 7th St SE in DC) starting on March 6. You can register here or email Steve Park for more information.

  • Strengthening Your Relationships Workshop

Strengthening Your Relationships Workshop - Slowing the Mind to Open the Heart: How to find rest in a twitchy, agitated, and impatient world (featuring Keith Miller, psychotherapist and social worker). March 23, 2019, 2:00-5:00pm at WCF. Childcare will be available. Click here for more information and to register.

  • Reading Warrior for At-Risk Students

To support the Little Lights ministry, WCF is heading to Potomac Gardens housing development on April 13, 10:00-1:00pm, to do one-on-one reading with students and to serve them lunch.  Families with school-aged children can help by preparing lunch at WCF beforehand from 9:00-10:00am.  To register and for more information, click here.
