Washington Community Fellowship (WCF) is a Christ-centered, multi-denominational church committed to embodying personal transformation, authentic community, vibrant worship and social impact in Washington, DC and beyond.  We are affiliated with Mennonite Church USA.


Our worship service is on Sunday mornings at 10:00am.

Our Second Hour is held on the first and second Sundays of the month at 11:30am.


Whether you are a guest or attend regularly, may you find the rich presence of God, the warmth of genuine fellowship and the abiding truth of the Word.

  • Work for WCF:  Ministry and Communications Coordinator

    Washington Community Fellowship is searching for a part-time (15 hours/week) Ministry and Communications Coordinator.  This person will be responsible for coordinating internal and external communication and providing logistical and organizational support for volunteer and pastoral ministry teams.  More information here.


    Priority consideration will be given to applicants supplying resumes with a cover letter AND a portfolio (e.g. web links and explanations of specific responsibilities) demonstrating relevant experience.

  • Music Team Ministry Lunch

    Do you have a heart for worship through music? If so, we need you!


    If you've been involved with or want to start being a part of WCF's music ministry, please plan to join us for a meeting on February 24, 11:30am-1:00pm, in the Adult Nurture Room, 2nd floor annex.

  • Selah Retreat

    Selah is a term commonly found in the book of Psalms meaning "silence" or "pause."  If you feel like 2019 has already been a frenzied dash, join us for the Selah Retreat to PAUSE and quietly reorient yourself as we enter into the season of Lent.  This event will take place on March 2, 2019 from 9:00am-1:00pm at WCFClick here for more information.

  • Ash Wednesday Service

    Begin the Lent season with this poignant early-morning service as we acknowledge our mortality and sinfulness through a liturgy of prayer and confession.  There will be opportunity to receive the application of ashes upon the forehead to mark this occasion.  March 6, 2019, 7:15-8:15am, at WCF.  More information here.

  • Race Literacy 101 Classes

    Racial reconciliation is a core value of WCF, and these classes sponsored by Little Lights are highly recommended by Pastor Andrew and other WCFers who have attended them. The 11 sessions take place at 7:00pm on Wednesday evenings at the Little Lights Center (760 7th St SE in DC) starting on March 6. You can register here or email Steve Park for more information.

  • Milestones: Child Dedications & Infant/Adult Baptisms at WCF

    Ever wondered about the Christian traditions of child dedication and infant or adult baptism? On March 17, 2019 from 11:30am-12:00pm, attend an information session with the elders on how WCF can help you make the most meaningful expression of your faith and trust in Christ for yourself and for your children.     Strengthening Your Relationships Workshop - Slowing the Mind to Open the Heart: How to find rest in a twitchy, agitated, and impatient world (featuring Keith Miller, psychotherapist and social worker).   • Reading Warrior for At-Risk Students

    To support the Little Lights ministry, WCF is heading to Potomac Gardens housing development on April 13, 10:00-1:00pm, to do one-on-one reading with students and to serve them lunch.  Families with school-aged children can help by preparing lunch at WCF beforehand from 9:00-10:00am.  To register and for more information, click here.
