Introducing Jessamine Gaul
Minister for Community Life

We are pleased to announce our newest staff member, Jessamine (pronounced JESS-a-min) Gaul. Jess will begin February 14 as the Minister for Community Life, where she will oversee the Communications iniatives of the church, as well as support the ministry programming at WCF (e.g. small groups, congregational care and adult nurture. Scroll down for a brief introduction to Jess. Let's extend a warm WCF welcome to her and the gifts she brings! 

Jess is a lifelong North Carolinian and faithful Tar Heel (Go Heels!). She received a bachelor's degree in journalism and political science from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2018, and completed a Master of Divinity at Duke Divinity School in May 2021. She is so excited to join the body at Washington Community Fellowship! Jess is passionate about supporting others to discern how God is moving in their lives. She loves to bake, cook, talk about niche topics in pop culture, and attend live theatre. Jess is especially grateful for the support of her family back in NC: parents Rusty and Lisa, younger brothers Sam (21) and Grey (18), and pups Zesty and Rudy.
